These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
econcierge.solutions (the “Site”) and any content, forms, or communications you engage with
through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Who We Are

3) Services, No Guarantee of Results

E-concierge Solutions provides customer experience and support services for e-commerce businesses, including
omnichannel communications, automation, and back office support. Information on the Site is provided for
general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results unless
expressly agreed in a written, signed services agreement.

4) Quotes, Proposals, and Client Engagements

Any proposal, scope, timeline, pricing, or deliverables are only binding if included in a separate written
agreement signed by both you and E-concierge (a “Services Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these
Terms and a Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls for that project.

5) Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the Site and all content on it (text, graphics, branding, logos, design, photos,
videos, and other materials) are owned by or licensed to E-concierge and are protected by intellectual
property laws.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute,
modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Site content without our written
permission.

6) Submissions Through the Site (Forms, Inquiries, Materials)

If you submit information through the Site (e.g., contact form entries, project details, or other materials):

• You represent you have the right to submit it.
• You agree not to submit confidential information you do not want shared with our team/contractors as needed
  to evaluate your request.
• You grant E-concierge a non-exclusive right to use submitted materials solely to respond to you, evaluate
  potential work, and perform requested services (if engaged).

7) Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools. We do not control them and are
not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is
at your own risk.

8) Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, E-CONCIERGE DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL E-CONCIERGE (OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS,
OR AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR
ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE)
THE SITE.

If liability cannot be excluded, then to the extent permitted by law, E-concierge’s total liability for all claims
relating to the Site will not exceed US $100.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless E-concierge and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors,
and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)
arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

11) Privacy

Your use of the Site may also be subject to our privacy practices and any posted Privacy Policy.

12) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use
of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue for any dispute will be in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

By opting into the E-concierge Solutions SMS Program, you agree to receive recurring text messages

E-concierge Solutions. Message content may vary depending on your interaction with our services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on user interaction, but you can expect up to 8 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages.
These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier and are not the responsibility of
E-concierge Solutions.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out,
you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.
